This unique program offers new or recent graduates the opportunity to explore the various functions and businesses of our organization, and to develop into future managers and specialists. Selected candidates experience working as part of international teams, leading the growth and development of our businesses and markets around the world.

University Partnerships and Cooperative Education: Hoeganaes works with local universities to further our technology and to assist with cooperative education with graduate and undergraduate students. Typically, we offer internships at our research facility located in Cinnaminson, NJ - USA. There are also some limited opportunities for process engineering internships at our manufacturing facility in Gallatin, TN - USA. This ongoing program has resulted in longer-term research sponsorships with universities and has resulted in technical publications and conference proceedings. Many of Hoeganaes' engineers and researchers started as university interns.
